Reflecsia is a voice journaling application that allows you to record your thoughts, transcribe them to text, and receive AI-powered emotional insights and analysis. The service includes:

- Cloud synchronization across devices
- Data export capabilities
User Accounts
To use Reflecsia, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create through the App, including your voice recordings, transcriptions, and journal entries. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-Generated Content
The emotional analysis, insights, and summaries generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. Always exercise your own judgment.
Health Disclaimer
Reflecsia is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services. Our app is designed for personal reflection and journaling, not therapy or medical diagnosis.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflecsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or via our account deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reflecsia operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
