What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All journal entries and transcriptions
- Emotional analysis and insights
- Daily and weekly summaries
- All other data associated with your account
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 30 days of your request. You will not be able to recover any journal entries or insights after deletion.
Request Deletion
Send your request to the email address below using the same email associated with your Reflecsia account:
Or email us directly at yuri.v9v@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will confirm your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the process within 30 days.
